Which kind of clients are you managing for?

We do short-term rental management for many different clients, from individuals who own a few flats, to companies with an entire building. Regarding types of properties, we manage urban apartments, aparthotels, and countryside villas.

Which costs will you cover?

Depending on the arrangement of our agreement. We can cover all the furnishing costs, operational costs (electricity, gas, water, towels, cleaning, photography, etc.), regular minor maintenance & repair works, and insurance. If you prefer, we can also let you cover all the costs.

How do I start working with you?

Can I stay in my property when I want to?

If you choose the management fee plan, you can easily book for yourself or your friends in the system, you will just need to pay the cleaning fee. If you choose the fixed rent plan, you will be given a specific amount of days you can stay in your property.
